We have been established as a 100% Automotive based call centre business since 2004 and operate in 2 locations in the South of England which cover the whole of the UK, with a subsidery business based in Dusseldorf Germany for our German partners. Our main office is based in the South East and houses our main IT Support and business hub. Each contract has its own designated area which is exclusively allocated with the company's name. All of our agents are based on our premises and work with the latest telecoms technology which allows the monitoring of all calls - their length and frequency - while recording every call made in and out of our site.

Staff

Our locations allow us to keep our costs down but more importantly attract and retain a workforce that is highly trained and motivated to succeed. With this, our attrition rates are among the lowest in our sector.

Many of our agents are highly qualified, bringing life-skills and maturity to our organisation - many of whom bring with them direct experience and knowledge of the motor industry. As well as our agents being experienced, they also hail from many parts of the UK, moving to the area to take advantage of the quality of life that is enjoyed both north and south.
